Only you, or a person authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. However, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. We will be unable to respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request will not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. 

You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a twelve-month period, without charge. We will make an effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and estimated time extension. We will deliver our response electronically or by mail, if requested. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve-month period preceding the receipt. The response we provide will also explain any reasons we cannot comply with a request, in full or in part, if applicable. 

We will not, in any way, discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services;

  • Charge you a different rate or price on goods or services;

  • Impose penalty fees;

  • Provide you with a different quality of goods or services; and

  • Suggest that you may receive different pricing or quality.
