Making a verifiable consumer request will not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
You may make a verifiable consumer request up to two times within a twelve-month period, without charge. We will make an effort to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If more time is needed, we will notify you of the reason and estimated time extension. We will deliver our response electronically or by mail, if requested. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve-month period preceding the receipt.
